Established in 1991

Alfonso and Elena opened the pizza place everyone has come to know and love back in August 1991. 
​July of 2023 Jake and Hannah got the opportunity to buy the place and they haven't looked back.

Hannah and Zack

I (Hannah) joined the pizza crew the November of 2008 while still in High School. I graduated from Carrollton High, class of 2010. I continued to work for Alfonso and Elena while attending Lewis and Clark. For a short time I ventured away but was always around a couple days during the week and on most weekends. My husband (Zack) and I met while working together at Alfonso's. He joined the crew in back in 2007. We married in 2015 and Alfonso's became my "full time" part time job again. Alfonso's has been  my home for as long as I can really remember no other job was ever fitting. Zack and I welcomed our first son March of 2018 and my role around the restaurant changed a little bit. I began to work more side by side with Elena. Making bread almost daily with Elena became my favorite job!

Grandma Robin

Our Mom, Grandma Robin, joined us on this adventure and has become a very important person behind the scenes to keeping the kitchen running smoothly. 

Jake

After working in Kansas City in Retail Managment for many years, Jake decided to move out here to be closer to our parents and his younger siblings. Jake joined the pizza crew in 2017 with the hope to someday take over. He has always had a passion for cooking, it is one of those things that comes to him naturally. He worked side by side with Alfonso making all those yummy "Lunch Specials."
Alfonso is more than just a mentor,
​Alfonso and Elena are truly family. 

Isaac

​Our brother Isaac also worked for Alfonso and Elena for many years, he started back in 2008.
​Now he comes and spends as much time as he can when
he isn't taking his 3 daughters to tumbling competitions or preaching in Hillview. 

Kristy and Kelsey

Kristy and Kelsey, a mother and daughter pair, are some very familiar faces around here. Kelsey joined the crew in 2009 and worked on and off for Alfonso and Elena for many years. Kristy joined the crew 2013 and loves being here. Kelsey jumped at the chance to come back and plans to stay around long term.
